Can be multi -purpose. Can make mini uttapa / pancakes and awesomely used for tadka/ tempering. easy to clean and is nicely seasoned. could use it right away without worrying abt seasoning. The mini uttapa also came out easily. would recommend this since can make out that it is made traditionally. Healthy choice for cooking.
